Custom Box Making

Having trouble finding a box to fit a sculpture, piece of furniture, heavy equipment, or unusually-shaped item? Stock corrugated boxes are limited in the sizes that are available.

What Can We Pack?

Custom Built Wood Crates

We build all of our custom crates in house to guarantee the integrity of each structure. We use a variety of products including, but not limited to, single and double wall corrugated boxes, foam in place, sealed air, 1×4 and 2×4 lumber, 3/8" and ¾" plywood and custom wood and ISPM-15 certified pallets.

We have built crates for items that are over 1000 years old. We are the best at what we do. We tell customers every day, after your item arrives damaged is too late to choose the right crater. Tradeshow Crating and Shipping

Tradeshows are not cheap. Pack and Post Office Solutions has been shipping to tradeshows for over 28 years. We will build you high quality, reusable wood crates that will last for many seasons. And, we will do it quickly so that you can take advantage of discounted early shipping rates.

Our tradeshow crates can have wheels and handles, hinges and shelving so that your booth is easy to set up and break down. We can also arrange the shipping from one show to the next.

Customer Packing Tips and Requirements

• Always use new boxes. Check the certification stamp on the bottom to make sure your box is certified to handle the weight of the items you intend to put inside.
• Distribute the weight evenly inside the box
• Use bubble wrap, foam, paper, sealed air or other padding to provide at least 2 inches on all sides of your item as well as between items.
• Use the same filler to pack your items tight enough that they do not move inside the box. Don't over stuff. Make sure the box top is flat when closed.
• Small bubble wrap should be used for more delicate items. Sometimes it is wise to layer large bubble wrap on top of the small to provide extra insulation.
• If you intend to ship luggage, golf bags, plastic containers or other non-boxed items, make sure you are okay with the outside finish of these items arriving marked up and soiled. If the packaging is fragile, plastic containers, box the item before shipping.
